What we do Our work Team Mission For clients Students

For students Two roles Two cycles a year

Learn consulting by doing it.

No consulting experience required. Bring curiosity, care, and the willingness to turn an organisation's unresolved question into a board-ready recommendation.

Two roles

Choose the responsibility that fits.

Cycle 1 recruits in September; Cycle 2 recruits in January/February. Both TU Delft and Erasmus University Rotterdam students are welcome.

Consultant

Arrive fresh, learn on the job

No experience required—and we mean it. You join a trained team, work directly with a real organisation's leadership, and help take a project from research to a board-ready deliverable.

Your Team Leader owns the overall scope and keeps the team moving; you own the quality of your analysis and contribution.

Team Leader

Lead the team through a cycle

Experience is wanted here. The usual path is one cycle as a Consultant, then stepping up to Team Leader the next.

You own the project scope, client relationship, team rhythm, and quality of the final recommendation.

What you learn

A real client changes how you think.

Training gives you the methods. The project teaches you when to use them, how to explain them, and what to do when the evidence changes the answer.

You will practise structured problem-solving, client communication, team delivery, and AI-assisted consulting methods built around traceable evidence rather than confident invention.

Applications

One recruitment window per cycle.

Applications open in September for Cycle 1, which runs October–January, and in January/February for Cycle 2, which runs March–June.

What the application asks for

Beyond the usual contact and course details, four things. Nothing here needs writing from scratch except the letter.

  • A CVYour most recent one. It does not need rewriting for us.
  • A motivation letterThe only part you write for this application.
  • A grade transcriptWhatever your university issues. We do not expect a particular average.
  • Your LinkedIn URLOptional in practice. An empty profile is not held against you.

You pick the position you want most, and you can tick to be considered for others. Choosing one does not rule out the rest, so pick the one you actually want.

How we select

One screen on paper, then two conversations. Each looks at something different, so a weak stage is not the end of it.

  1. Screen We read the application Every application is read. This is the only stage decided on paper.
  2. Interview 1 Behavioural, and a slide One conversation, two halves. First how you work: how you handle disagreement, and why this rather than the other thing you could be doing. Then we give you a slide and you tell us what it argues, which tests whether you can find the message in someone else's work.
  3. Interview 2 Case A problem worked out loud with us. We are following how you structure it and what you do when you are unsure, not whether you land on a particular answer.
Apply for the next cycle

Applications open in September. The form is written and waiting; we are not collecting applications before the window opens, because an application sent in August would sit unread for a month.

Cycle 1 recruits in September and runs October to January. Cycle 2 recruits in January or February and runs March to June.

We announce the opening on Instagram and LinkedIn. Follow either and you will see it the day it goes live.
